Social and corporate responsibility. Public performance.

AVALUA, founded by a pioneer in acoustic engineering in the Balearic Islands, has expanded its local vision to the international arena, incorporating Mallorcan design and technology.

The island ecosystem provides an ideal field for analyzing societal responses and contributing to their evolution and improvement. Therefore, it is essential to promote the values that sustain it through education. To make this evolution effective, we must focus our energies on training, dissemination, awareness, and implementing regulatory measures to regulate coexistence and cohabitation. These aspects are inherent to our work, and we also develop them altruistically in many areas. This is our true and effective social and corporate responsibility.

AVALUA’s main competitive advantage is our first-hand experience in the entire process of regulatory development towards noise pollution regulation.

We have participated in:

2002 Participation in the entire process of legislative implementation on noise, since the Department of Environment of the Government of the Balearic Islands commissioned us to analyze and allege the draft of Law 37/2003 on Noise.

2006 Analysis and allegation of the draft of Law 1/2007 Against Noise Pollution of the Balearic Islands, in its discussion procedure within the Parliamentary Committee of the Government of the Balearic Islands. Technical modification of the final legislative text.

Member of the Technical Commission for Regulatory Analysis constituted by the Department of Classified Activities and Shows of the Ministry of the Interior of the Government of the Balearic Islands.

2018 Drafting of the Municipal Ordinance of Regulation and Acoustic Management of the Municipality of Felanitx, pending approval.
